Scope of Services

Footloose Nomads provides personalized travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking assistance. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transportation, or other travel services.

Booking & Payments
  • All bookings and reservations made through us are subject to availability and the terms of the third-party service providers.
  • A consultation or planning fee may be charged upfront, which is non-refundable.
  • Clients are responsible for full and timely payments as per the invoice shared.
Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellation policies vary by service provider. We will inform you of these at the time of booking.
  • Footloose Nomads is not liable for any refund or compensation due to cancellations, delays, or changes by third-party vendors.
  • Planning or consultation fees are non-refundable once the itinerary has been shared.
Client Responsibilities
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including travel preferences, passport details, and visa status.
  • Clients must check and comply with destination-specific travel rules, health requirements, and documentation.
Liability Disclaimer
  • While we strive to create smooth and enjoyable travel experiences, we are not liable for issues such as flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, or losses incurred during the trip.
  • Footloose Nomads shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from acts of third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.
